Your Jocker Prepaid Card is accepted at any merchant that takes VISA or Mastercard. At a checkout terminal, swipe the magnetic strip and sign to complete the transaction. Every purchase — including taxes and fees — is subtracted from your remaining balance. When the full value has been spent, the card can no longer be used for payments.
Yes. Many online, phone, and mail-order sellers need to verify your personal details — such as name, address, phone number, and email — with the card issuer before processing a purchase. To enable these types of transactions, visit jockercard.info and register your card beforehand. Without registration, the merchant may have no way to confirm your identity and could reject the transaction, even if your card has sufficient funds.
Check your current balance at jockercard.info or call 1-855-288-0926. Store employees cannot look up the remaining funds on your prepaid card. We recommend verifying your balance before shopping so you know your Jocker Prepaid Card has enough to cover your purchases.
Certain retailers allow split payments. If the total is more than your card balance and the store supports split tenders, charge the exact remaining balance to the card, then cover the rest with another payment method. The store may require cash for the difference rather than a second card. Not all merchants support split payments. Always let the cashier know you want to split the transaction before they process it, otherwise the card may be declined.
Yes, though automated pay-at-the-pump terminals may not accept prepaid cards. Instead, pay inside with the cashier. Avoid using your prepaid card for recurring or subscription-based charges.
Certain businesses — including hotels, dining establishments, and catalogue retailers — may pre-authorize an extra amount to cover tips or incidentals. They might require a balance higher than the actual purchase total. If this happens, ask the cashier to charge a specific amount to your Jocker Prepaid Card and pay the remainder with a different method.
The card itself has an expiration date, but your funds never expire. If money remains on the card after it expires, call 1-855-288-0926 to receive a replacement card with your existing balance.

No. The Jocker Prepaid Card cannot be reloaded once purchased.
The Virtual Jocker Prepaid Card is a digital card designed for online shopping. It works at any website or online store worldwide that accepts Visa or Mastercard.
Your Virtual Jocker Prepaid Mastercard displays a "Valid Thru" date, after which it can no longer be used for transactions. However, the money on the card never expires. Once the card passes its valid date, you can get a free replacement with your remaining balance by calling customer service at 1-833-293-7721.
Virtual cards can be loaded with any amount between $25 and $500.
You will need the complete 16-digit card number, the 4-digit expiration date, and the 4-digit CVV2 security code. All of these details appear on your Virtual Mastercard after you complete the activation process.
1. Point your phone camera at the QR code on the in-store display and provide your email address.
2. Show the generated barcode to the cashier and load $25-500 onto the card. A $7.95 purchase fee plus tax applies. (Note: No payment is ever collected through a URL.)
